GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
These general terms and conditions of contract expressly govern the commercial relationships between THE EVENT ORGANIZER (hereinafter, the organizer) and users who make purchases of products offered through all-in.events/es/event-name/.
Users are informed that THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of contract at any time, respecting the general terms and conditions in force at the time of the user's purchase.
These conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Law 7/1998 on General Conditions of Contracting, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users in its latest modification under Law 3/2014 of March 27, Law 7/1996 on Retail Trade Organization, and any other applicable legal provisions.
By accepting the terms and conditions, the user declares to be aware of and to accept the procedures presented here as necessary to proceed with the purchase.
Pre-Purchase Information
The user is informed that THE ORGANIZER provides the ticketing service through the online platform owned by All In the Venue, S.L. (hereinafter All In). These general terms and conditions of contract only apply to THE ORGANIZER and the user who makes a purchase of products and services through the All In platform (all-in.events/es/event-name/). Users are informed that these conditions may be subject to specific or special contract conditions that expand or replace them, as determined by THE ORGANIZER. In any case, users can consult such specific conditions on THE ORGANIZER's website.
All users can view the entire range of products offered for purchase on the event organizer's website, classified by categories and subcategories. By clicking on each product, the user can access a complete product description, which includes a brief description of the event or product. Users are informed that all the information provided in the event or product descriptions is based on information provided by the respective suppliers.
All prices are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT but exclude any other applicable taxes. The prices shown will always be current, except for obvious typographical errors.
THE ORGANIZER is not responsible for the purchase of products by individuals who do not comply with the promoter's rules or the regulations related to minors regarding contracting. By accessing and operating through this website, it is implied that the user has the necessary legal capacity to contract and be bound.
The Organizer reserves the right to alter or modify the event or product for which a ticket is purchased at any time.
The user is solely responsible for the proper use and conservation of the ticket. Any amendment, damage, signs of counterfeiting, or manipulation will authorize the organizer to deny access to the bearer.
Service Usage
The user agrees not to:
- Use the purchased services for purposes contrary to the law, morals, public order, or the provisions of these terms of use.
- Film, record, or reproduce event sessions, distribute, or allow public access through any means to the content of the sessions; violate intellectual and industrial property rights belonging to the platform owner or third parties; use the ticket for advertising, marketing, or promotion purposes. Any ticket detected to violate this prohibition will be confiscated and immediately invalidated.
THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who do not comply with these terms of use or who create or may create a risky situation. The holder of a ticket will be excluded if any anomaly or forgery is detected on the ticket. Detection of any fraudulent use of the ticket will be pursued according to the applicable law.
Any person attending the contracted events will be liable for any damages suffered directly or indirectly by the organization as a result of non-compliance with any of these conditions.
THE ORGANIZER will at all times ensure compliance with the current legal framework and is authorized to interrupt the services or exclude the user from the services if any of the crimes or offenses under the Criminal Code are suspected or fully or partially committed. The same applies to violations of the conditions of use of this website or behaviors contrary to morals, public order, customs, or the internal rules of the Organization or its collaborators that could disturb the image, credibility, and/or prestige of THE ORGANIZER or its collaborators.
Purchase System
The procedures for purchasing event tickets or products will be displayed on the screen at all times and described in these General Terms and Conditions. Users can register as members of All In (the online platform owner), as the data processor of THE ORGANIZER, during the product purchase process using the account created specifically for this event to enjoy promotional benefits. Users are advised to read the privacy policy carefully regarding the registration process to be informed of the established conditions.
Users can register quickly through their Facebook account, where they will be asked to provide an active email address and password.
To proceed with the purchase of individual tickets or related products, the user must click "Buy" after indicating the desired quantity. After completing this step, the user will be redirected to an order confirmation screen (or shopping cart), where pending products for payment will be displayed and updated as more products or services are added. From there, users can choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.
In the "Cart" or "Basket" Summary screen, users can use any discount vouchers provided by THE ORGANIZER resulting from promotions, draws, or other circumstances. To apply for a pass, the user must click "Buy" or "exchange," and the discount will be reflected in the price breakdown, as long as it is still valid according to its particular conditions.
Once the user has completed their shopping list, they must click the "Confirm Order" button at the bottom of the purchase breakdown. From this point on, the user must complete the requested information and select the desired payment method.
The user can also purchase ticket packages for discounts on ticket prices and quantities. The package is purchased independently of individual tickets and is done through the "My Account" section. Once the user is registered or logged into the system, they can purchase the package by clicking on the corresponding "Buy" button.
After that, the user must complete the necessary information for the purchase and choose the desired payment method. Once the payment is confirmed, the user will be redirected to the "My Account" section. There, they will see the available balance corresponding to the package they purchased, which can be used to redeem products and/or services. It is important to note that the package balance can only be used to purchase tickets for the respective event.
From that moment on, and as long as individual tickets are available for sale, the user can use their ticket balance to exchange it for tickets using the same process described above for the purchase of individual tickets, but selecting the "exchange" option instead of "Buy."
When the "exchange" option is selected, the system will deduct the corresponding tickets from the user's personal balance. It is important to note that the balance obtained from the purchase of packages cannot be used to acquire related products. Additionally, THE ORGANIZER has the authority to decide for each event how many tickets can be redeemed for a session. THE ORGANIZER can also decide whether the user can redeem the available balance for a specific event or if it can only be exchanged for a package or not.
The user can also purchase related products for a session, and the purchasing process is identical to the one explained above for individual tickets.
Payment System
Payment can be made by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). The user can choose the payment method at the end of the purchase, and both types of payment are subject to the following conditions:
Payment by debit or credit card will be made through a payment gateway managed by a banking entity with a secure server certified under the SSL protocol. The banking data entered is encrypted and securely transmitted to the banking entity's services and then verified with the issuing bank to prevent possible fraud and abuse. All In does not have access to the banking data or the credit or debit card used by the user to make the purchase.
If the purchase amount has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the payment card number, the buyer will be entitled to demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. However, if the purchase has been made by the cardholder and the requested refund is not due to exercising the right of withdrawal or resolution, the cardholder will be obligated to compensate the organizer for the damages caused as a result of such cancellation.
Once the payment method is selected, and the order is completed, an email confirming the order will always be sent to the user.
Obtaining Tickets
After completing the purchase process, the user will receive a confirmation email. The same email will indicate the different options for ticket pickup or delivery.
Disclaimer
The user is informed that All In is not responsible for the contents transmitted, disseminated, or made available to third parties, except in cases required by current legislation or when requested by a competent Judicial or Administrative Authority.
Return Policy
The ticket price will not be refunded for reasons attributable to the buyer. The inability to attend an event or show or an error in the ticket purchase will not be grounds for a refund.
All In and THE ORGANIZER are not responsible for the loss or theft of the ticket.
The total cancellation of all or some activities due to fortuitous events or force majeure will result in a refund of the ticket price.
The partial cancellation of activities due to fortuitous events or force majeure will result in a partial refund of the ticket price.
In case of partial cancellation of activities due to fortuitous events or force majeure, the organizer may choose to exchange the ticket for another one of the same value for another session of the same event.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances not covered in these conditions, the organizer cancels the event in advance, the full ticket price will be refunded.
Users are informed that these general terms and conditions of contract may be subject to specific or special contract conditions that expand or replace them, as determined by THE ORGANIZER. In any case, users can consult such specific conditions on THE ORGANIZER's website.

Applicable Law. Jurisdiction
These conditions will be governed by Spanish law, which will apply in everything not provided for in this contract regarding interpretation, validity, and execution.
